Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after payment is accepted. Shipping details and tracking number is sent automatically to your email once it is shipped by the preferred carrier.
If you wish to change shipping method please let us know.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is now available with Ninjavan. Shipping and handling fee amounts to 110 php
Items and shipping fees will paid in cash through the Xend rider when they arrive. Please make sure you have someone available to pay for the items, as you will be charged extra for each delivery attempt.
During checkout please choose Xend (cash on delivery) shipping option to get a proper estimate on your shipping fee and total purchase amount.
Grab Express
Grab Express is a service we offer particularly for customers who need their package to arrive at a certain time.
This is why booking for a rider is a Customer responsibility.
You can book your rider anytime after payment is accepted 10am-5pm on weekdays. Packages are generally ready an hour after payment is accepted,
